All mechanical conditions from this point forward are the Buying Dealer's responsibility, as-is, as disclosed at time of bidding.

Both parties acknowledge: the vehicle transfers to the Buying Dealer's custody and liability upon these signatures. Payment is due directly from the Buying Dealer to the Issuing Dealer the same business day, per the WS Exchange Service Agreement.

Buying Dealer acknowledges the vehicle is accepted AS-IS, as disclosed at time of bidding. Title defect claims only, within the 24-hour window — no mechanical claims after departure.

4. EVL invoices the $295 platform fee (ID, net-30). BD's business office receives a payment link for the $195 service fee immediately — paid instantly, not invoiced.
